Well, Vicki Marie finally got her crab on at Blue Ridge Seafood this past weekend with Bobby Will and the Bordello Bandits!! It was a great afternoon of some outlaw cowboy fun and crabs! Big kudos to Rob and Ken Justice for the nice afternoon!!

It's the DAWG days of Summer but we're chillin' at our home base, Paradiso's Italian Restaurant. Come early for the fabulous food and wines, stay late to dance the night away with Five By Five!! Party starts at 8pm and goes til Midnight!! For this engagement only, we'll have Dave Holt from the Rescue Squad band sitting in on bass.

We're back at Griffin Tavern for the weekend! With Rachel and Jason in the kitchen, you KNOW the food is fabulous, and Lorraine and Dustin on the bar (and maybe Kir) it's a party looking for a place to happen, but the best news is Five By Five will be rockin' the house with your favorite dance music!! Party starts at 8:30ish (we're kinda laid back in the country!!) and goes til midnight. Come drink from the Five By Five chalice and HOWL at the moon with us!!

This will be our first time at Orlean Market!! Our friend Kir from Griffin Tavern invited us to play at the market. They have a wonderful menu, great beer selections, well known and craft local beers, and they are digging in to the local music scene! We're thrilled to be a part of it all! Don't let the snow in the picture fool you! This is going to be HOT!

We're so sad to not only be saying goodbye to the Summer of 2014, but also saying goodbye to our portion of the music series at Blue Ridge Seafood! Now Blue Ridge is open year 'round, but the Tiki Bar Music only goes til the end of summer (or when the weather turns bad) We're going to see if we can book an Indian Summer afternoon at Blue Ridge, but in case we don't, come on out, raise a glass, grab a crab and sing along with Five By Five! Party starts at 3pm and goes til 6pm. Then after the show, stick around and have dinner with the members of Five By Five! Hope to see you there!!

So we're coming up on October 2014. It's been a wonderful year for Five By Five. We've spent time with our good friends and favorites and we've met many new friends and been to new places along the way!! We are pretty much booked for the rest of the year and in the process of locking in our New Year's Eve Extravaganza!! More news about that later, but right now, we're ramping up for Rocktoberfest starting with a fund raiser for Silverbrook United Methodist in Lorton VA October 4th and working our way into the party season as we play our way through the fall of 2014!! Stay tuned for updates! Of course, you can always check out the website, or catch us on Facebook, (be our friend please??)
